Two applicants may be submitted from each local association. Each local association should inform all students and schools to whom these applications are available that the local association must sponsor and submit the application(s) to the WALP Education/Scholarship Committee. No applicant may submit an application directly to this committee.
An eligible student may be entered for competition in the WALP Scholarship Award Contest, whether or not the sponsoring local association awards a scholarship on the local level. Be sure to timely submit your chapter's applicant(s) to WALP so that no applications are disqualified.
